Ohio State has extended a scholarship offer to Jayden Harris, a Class of 2027 safety from South Anchorage High School in Anchorage, Alaska. Harris, who stands 6-foot-1 and weighs 190 pounds, has been a standout performer for the Wolverines, recording 12 tackles for loss and two interceptions in his sophomore season. He has also been clocked at a 4.5-second 40-yard dash. Harris held offers from Oregon State and Washington State prior to receiving the Buckeyes' offer. The Wolverines' safety is considered one of the top prospects in the state of Alaska, and his recruitment is expected to gain significant attention in the coming months. Harris is expected to attend Ohio State's summer camp in late July and will take official visits to several Big Ten programs in the fall.
