Service Cougars Name New Defensive Coordinator
The Service Cougars announced Friday the promotion of assistant coach Ryan Jenkins to defensive coordinator. Jenkins spent three seasons developing the team's defensive line, helping the Cougars improve their pass rush and overall defensive performance. As coordinator, Jenkins will oversee the entire defense, including the secondary and linebackers. The Cougars, a 4A program from Anchorage, finished 7-4 last season and are looking to build on their momentum.
