As the AHSAA flag football pilot program expands to new districts in Texas, the Auburn Tigers are poised to capitalize on the growing talent pool. With several verified scholarship programs on the horizon, Tigers flag football recruits are eyeing opportunities at the University of Nebraska, Ottawa University, Kansas, Keiser University, Florida, and Midland University, Nebraska. The University of Nebraska, led by coaches Liz and Katie Sowers, is set to launch its inaugural 2028 season, while Ottawa University, Kansas, boasts a national powerhouse program with up to 12 scholarships available.
