SMU Lands Highly Regarded Cornerback Jordan Hall
Jordan Hall, a 2027 cornerback prospect from Auburn, Alabama, has committed to the University of Southern Methodist University. The 6-foot-1, 170-pound Hall, who played for the Auburn Tigers in the AHSAA's 7A classification, chose SMU over other Power Five suitors. Hall's commitment is a significant addition to the Mustangs' defensive backfield, where he is expected to compete for a starting spot in the team's aggressive 4-2-5 scheme. With the departure of several key defensive backs from last season, Hall's arrival provides a boost to the depth chart.
