Jayden Williams Commits to Iowa State
Pulaski Academy Bruins tight end Jayden Williams has committed to Iowa State University. The Class of 2026 standout will join the Cyclones in the fall of 2027. Williams chose Iowa State due to the program's emphasis on utilizing tight ends in its offense, which aligns with his skills and strengths. He also cited the opportunity to contribute immediately, as the Cyclones' depth chart at tight end is expected to be competitive. Additionally, Williams was impressed by Iowa State's academic program, which is highly regarded for its business and engineering departments. Williams previously held offers from several Power Five programs, including Arkansas and Oklahoma State, but ultimately decided on Iowa State after visiting campus and meeting with coaches. He will participate in Iowa State's summer camp to get a head start on his college career.
