Navy Lands Elijah White, Desert Edge Linebacker
Elijah White, a 5A linebacker from Desert Edge High School, has committed to play for the United States Naval Academy. White, a Class of 2025 standout, chose Navy for its athletic program's emphasis on speed and agility, a perfect fit for his playing style. The Midshipmen's 3-4 scheme will allow White to utilize his quickness and instincts, while the team's depth chart at linebacker provides an opportunity for him to contribute immediately. Additionally, White was drawn to Navy's strong academic program, which aligns with his academic goals. White previously held offers from several Division I programs, including Arizona State and San Diego State, but ultimately chose the Naval Academy for its unique blend of athletic and academic opportunities.
