Marcus Williams Commits to Navy

๐Ÿ“ Servite FriarsยทThursday, July 2, 2026ยทFridayNightPulse Insider

Servite quarterback Marcus Williams, a Class of 2027 standout, has committed to play for the United States Naval Academy. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound signal-caller chose Navy over several other Division I programs. Williams' decision comes after a successful summer camp session with the Midshipmen's coaching staff, where he impressed with his accuracy and mobility in the team's spread offense. The Servite Friars' offense, which features a similar scheme, has helped Williams develop his skills, and he believes his experience will translate well to the Naval Academy's system. Williams will have an opportunity to compete for the starting quarterback spot immediately, as the Midshipmen are looking to replace several key departures from last season's roster. Williams' academic program at Servite has also prepared him for the Naval Academy's rigorous curriculum, and he is excited to take on the challenge.
