Shelton Gaels Break Ground on $3M Facility Upgrade

The Shelton Gaels, a Class LL program, have officially broken ground on a $3 million facility upgrade. The upgrade will feature a new weight room, locker rooms and a state-of-the-art video analysis room. The Gaels are looking to bounce back from a 4-6 season in 2025. The upgrade is expected to give the program a competitive edge in recruiting and on the field. Shelton has been a consistent playoff contender in recent years, but the upgrade could help the Gaels take the next step. The new facilities are expected to be completed in time for the start of the 2026 season.
