This intense workout will have you explosive, agile, and ready to take on any opponent. Set up a 10-yard shuttle run with cones, followed by a 5-yard flow drill (zig-zag through cones). Perform 3 sets of 10 reps, resting 30 seconds between sets. Coaching cues: 'Quick feet, eyes on the target!' and 'Flow, flow, flow!'
