๐Ÿ“ Caesar Rodney RidersยทSunday, July 12, 2026ยทFridayNightPulse Insider

At Caesar Rodney Riders, our Division I linemen are gearing up for a dominant season with a game-changing drill: the 'Rip and Rebuild'. This intense workout targets strength, agility, and technique, translating to improved performance on the field. The drill consists of 3 sets of 10 reps: 1) Rip: Players start in a 3-point stance, then explosively drive forward, ripping the ground with their hands. 2) Rebuild: Immediately transition to a 2-point stance, rebuilding their base and balance. Coaching cues: 'Rip like a bear, rebuild like a rock!' Focus on quick footwork and powerful hand placement. This drill enhances OL speed, power, and reaction time, setting our Riders up for success in the upcoming season.
