Jalen White Commits to Army Football
Appoquinimink Jaguars defensive end Jalen White has committed to play football at the U.S. Military Academy. The Class of 2027 standout, who has grown 4 inches and added 20 pounds since his freshman year, chose Army over offers from Delaware State and Towson. White, a 6-foot-4, 230-pound prospect, is expected to contribute immediately on the Black Knights' defensive line. Army's 3-4 scheme and emphasis on speed and agility align with White's athletic profile. He will have the opportunity to play alongside other top recruits and develop under the guidance of experienced coaches. White was previously committed to Delaware, but decommitted in April to explore other options. He will join the Army football program in the summer of 2027, pending completion of his high school coursework.
