St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders Break Ground on $3M Facility Upgrade
The St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders, a perennial powerhouse in 5A Florida high school football, have broken ground on a $3 million facility upgrade. The upgrade, expected to be completed in time for the 2026 season, will feature state-of-the-art locker rooms, weight rooms and training facilities. The Raiders have been one of the top programs in the state over the past decade, winning multiple state championships and producing numerous Division I recruits. The upgrade is expected to give the program a significant recruiting edge, as top prospects will be drawn to the school's improved facilities. Raiders coach Roger Harriott said the upgrade will allow the team to take its training to the next level and compete with the best programs in the state.
