Cameron White: The Academic All-Star on the Field
St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders running back Cameron White is no stranger to success, having led his team to a 10-2 record in 5A last season. But what sets him apart from his peers is his dedication to the classroom. As a varsity starter and a member of the National Honor Society, White has managed to maintain a 4.0 GPA while balancing the demands of high school football. His hard work has paid off, with the senior earning All-District honors and being named a semifinalist for the FHSAA Mr. Football award. On the field, White's impressive speed and agility make him a nightmare for opposing defenses to contain. He averaged 8.2 yards per carry last season, with a long run of 92 yards. As the Raiders prepare for another competitive season in 5A, scouts are watching to see if White can continue to excel in both the classroom and on the field, particularly in terms of his ability to read defenses and make plays in the open field.
