Cameron Wilson Commits to Air Force
Quarterback Cameron Wilson, a Class of 2025 standout from the IMG Academy Ascenders, has committed to play for the Air Force Falcons. Wilson, a 6-foot-2, 190-pound signal-caller, chose the Falcons over other Division I offers. The Ascenders' 8A program will compete in the FHSAA's largest classification this season. Wilson's commitment to Air Force is a strategic fit, as he will be able to develop in a triple-option offense that aligns with his skills. The Falcons' quarterback depth chart is expected to be highly competitive, but Wilson's athleticism and accuracy will give him an opportunity to contribute immediately. Air Force's academic program is also a strong draw for Wilson, who is interested in pursuing a degree in engineering. Wilson had previously committed to another program but decommitted in April to explore other options. He is expected to enroll at Air Force in the summer of 2025.
