๐Ÿ“ Lakeland DreadnaughtsยทThursday, July 30, 2026ยทFridayNightPulse Insider

As the inaugural 2028 season approaches, the University of Nebraska's flag football program, led by coaches Liz and Katie Sowers, is gaining attention from top multisport female athletes in the state. The Lakeland Dreadnaughts' standout, a versatile athlete with experience in multiple sports, is now focusing on flag football as a potential college scholarship opportunity. Ottawa University, Kansas, a national powerhouse with up to 12 scholarships, is a prime target. Keiser University, Florida, and Midland University, Nebraska, are also actively recruiting. UT Arlington, a developing program, is expected to offer scholarships in the near future. To increase her chances, the athlete should create a highlight tape showcasing her skills and contact the coaches at these schools to discuss potential opportunities.
