Marcus Harris Leads the Way for Mill Creek Hawks
Mill Creek Hawks safety Marcus Harris made a statement in the spring, recording 12 interceptions in 10 spring scrimmages, an average of 1.2 per game. The 6-foot-1, 180-pound Class of 2025 standout is the first player from the program to earn a Power 4 offer, drawing attention from Georgia's top programs. Harris' ball-hawking skills and range in the secondary make him a versatile asset for the Hawks, who are looking to build on a 7A state playoff appearance last season. As a freshman, Harris earned all-region honors, and he's expected to take on a more prominent role in the Hawks' defense this fall. With his size, speed and instincts, Harris is a player to watch in the GHSA's 7A classification. Scouts are looking for Harris to build on his spring performance, particularly in coverage and his ability to read the quarterback's eyes.
