This summer, 6A powerhouse Buford Wolves linebackers will be prepping for the upcoming season with a crucial drill focusing on speed, agility, and tackling technique. The 'L-3 Drill' involves three stations: a 10-yard sprint, a 5-yard change of direction, and a 3-yard tackle pad drill. Perform the following sets and reps: 3 sets of 10 reps at each station. Coaching cues include: 'Fast feet, fast hands' during the sprint, 'Quick feet, quick hips' during the change of direction, and 'Tackle the pad, not the man' during the tackling drill.
