Marcus Martin Commits to Arkansas
Mill Creek Hawks kicker Marcus Martin has committed to play for the University of Arkansas, according to a source close to the program. The Class of 2026 standout chose the Razorbacks over other Power Five offers from Georgia and Tennessee. Martin, a 7A kicker, will join a program that utilizes a pro-style offense, which aligns with his skillset. He is expected to compete for a starting spot immediately, given the departure of Arkansas' 2025 kicker. The University of Arkansas' academic program, which offers a strong business and engineering curriculum, also factored into Martin's decision. Martin previously held a commitment to Georgia Tech but decommitted in April after a coaching change. He will look to make an immediate impact as a freshman for the Razorbacks.
