This advanced drill is designed to improve footwork, reaction time, and overall agility. Here's how to run it: Set up 5 cones in a zig-zag pattern, 5 yards apart. Start at the first cone and perform a 5-step shuffle to the second cone, focusing on quick, light steps. As you reach the second cone, quickly change direction and repeat the process to the third cone. Continue through all 5 cones, completing 3 sets of 10 reps.
