Carson Thomas Commits to TCU as Tight End

Carson Thomas, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound tight end from the Class of 2025 at Punahou School, has committed to the University of Texas Christian University (TCU) to play football. Thomas, a standout in the 2024 recruiting class, joins the Horned Frogs after a successful summer camp experience. TCU's pro-style offense, which features a strong emphasis on tight end play, aligns with Thomas' skills and athleticism. He is expected to compete for a starting role in the Horned Frogs' tight end rotation. The academic program at TCU, which offers a strong business program, also appealed to Thomas. He had previously committed to the University of Hawaii but decommitted in May to explore other options.
