Jalen Jackson Commits to Navy

Southeast Polk Rams wide receiver Jalen Jackson has committed to the United States Naval Academy. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Class of 2025 prospect chose Navy over other Division I offers from Indiana, Iowa State and Northern Iowa. Jackson cited the Midshipmen's pro-style offense as a key factor in his decision, noting that it will allow him to showcase his skills in a system that emphasizes physicality and route-running. He also praised Navy's strong academic program and the opportunity to serve his country after graduation. Jackson had previously committed to Iowa State in February 2024 but decommitted in April to explore other options. He is expected to enroll at Navy in the summer of 2027 and participate in fall camp as a true freshman.
