Southeast Polk Rams Break Ground on $2M Facility Upgrade

The Southeast Polk Rams, a 4A program from Pleasant Hill, Iowa, have officially broken ground on a $2 million facility upgrade ahead of the 2026 season. The upgrade comes after a 7-3 record in 2025, marking the program's second consecutive winning season. The new facilities are expected to attract top recruits and provide a competitive edge in the 4A classification. The upgrade includes a state-of-the-art weight room, renovated locker rooms and a new turf field. The Rams' head coach, John Smith, says the new facilities will allow the team to take their training to the next level and compete with the best programs in the state. The upgrade is expected to be completed by the start of the season.
