USC Extends Offer to Highly-Touted LB Marcus Robinson
The University of Southern California has extended a scholarship offer to West Des Moines Valley Tigers linebacker Marcus Robinson, a rising senior in the Class of 2026. Standing 6-foot-2 and weighing 220 pounds, Robinson has consistently impressed coaches with his speed, agility and tackling ability. As a junior, he recorded 114 tackles, 12 tackles for loss and 4 sacks. The Tigers' standout linebacker has already received offers from Iowa State, Nebraska and Northwestern, solidifying his status as one of the top prospects in the state. With the addition of USC to his list, Robinson's recruitment is heating up. As the summer months approach, Robinson is expected to attend several camps and combine events to further showcase his skills. His official visit to USC is currently scheduled for late August, with a decision expected to be made in early September.
