Malik White Commits to Kansas State
Rocky Mountain Grizzlies safety Malik White, a Class of 2027 standout, has committed to Kansas State University. The 5-foot-11, 185-pound defender chose the Wildcats over other Power Five offers from Iowa State and Purdue. White's commitment to Kansas State is a result of the program's fit with his athletic abilities. The Wildcats' defense, which features a 3-3-5 scheme, aligns with White's strengths as a versatile safety. With Kansas State's current depth chart, White is expected to compete for a starting spot as a freshman. The university's strong academic program also appealed to White, who boasts a 3.5 GPA. White initially committed to Colorado State in February but decommitted in May to explore other options. He attended Kansas State's summer camp in June, where he solidified his decision to join the program.
