Mountain View's Cameron Anderson Commits to Kansas State
Cameron Anderson, a 5A linebacker from Mountain View High School, has committed to play for Kansas State University. Anderson, a Class of 2025 standout, chose the Wildcats due to the program's emphasis on aggressive, defensive schemes that align with his playing style. He also cited the opportunity to contribute immediately, as the Wildcats' linebacker depth chart is expected to be competitive this season. Additionally, Anderson was drawn to Kansas State's strong academic programs, including its renowned engineering department. Anderson previously held a commitment to Iowa State, but decommitted in April to explore other options. He is expected to enroll at Kansas State in the fall of 2025 and will have three years of eligibility remaining. Anderson's commitment is a significant addition to the Wildcats' 2025 recruiting class.
