Meet Jordan Jackson, the Mount Carmel Caravan's shutdown cornerback who has taken the high school football world by storm. But Jordan's success on the field is only half the story. A transfer student from out of state, Jordan faced the daunting task of adapting to a new school, new teammates, and a new community. Yet, he has quickly become an integral part of the Caravan's family. 'I was nervous at first, but the coaches and players welcomed me with open arms,' Jordan recalls. 'They made me feel like I was part of the team from day one.' Off the field, Jordan has excelled in the classroom, earning a 4.0 GPA and making the honor roll. On the field, he has recorded 12 interceptions and 20 tackles for loss, earning him All-Conference honors. Jordan's story is one of perseverance, hard work, and finding a home in the unlikeliest of places. He is a shining example of what it means to be a true teammate and a leader on and off the field.
