Bulldogs Tight End Tyler Jackson Commits to Navy
Tyler Jackson, a 6-foot-3, 220-pound tight end from the Class of 2027, has committed to the Naval Academy. Jackson, a standout member of the Male Bulldogs, chose Navy due to the Midshipmen's emphasis on a pro-style offense, which aligns with his athletic abilities. The Bulldogs' tight end position is expected to be a key area of focus for the team this season, and Jackson's commitment provides a boost to the depth chart. Additionally, Jackson was drawn to Navy's rigorous academic program, which will challenge him both on and off the field. Jackson held no other Division I offers prior to committing to Navy, ending a recruitment process that began in the spring. He will join the Midshipmen's class of 2027 as a preferred walk-on. The Bulldogs will look to fill the void left by Jackson's departure in the upcoming season.
