Boyle County Flag Football Talent Eyes College Opportunities
Boyle County Rebels flag football standout Emily Wilson is making a name for herself in the Bluegrass State. A multisport athlete with a passion for football, Wilson is now focusing on flag football as a potential college path. With the University of Nebraska set to launch its inaugural 2028 season, Wilson is eyeing the Power 4 school's verified scholarship program. Coached by Liz and Katie Sowers, the Cornhuskers are poised to make a statement in the Big Ten. Wilson is also considering Ottawa University, Kansas, which offers up to 12 NAIA scholarships. Keiser University, Florida, and Midland University, Nebraska, are also on her radar. Wilson's next step is to create a highlight tape showcasing her skills, which she will submit to these schools. By doing so, she will be taking a crucial step towards making her college football dreams a reality.
