St. Xavier Tigers Break Ground on $2M Facility Upgrade

The St. Xavier Tigers football program in Louisville broke ground on a $2 million facility upgrade Friday, marking a significant investment in the 6A powerhouse's future. The Tigers have enjoyed recent success, claiming a state title in 2022 and finishing with a 10-2 record in 2024. The upgrade, which includes a renovated weight room, state-of-the-art video analysis suite and expanded locker facilities, is expected to give the program a competitive edge in recruiting and on-field performance. With the upgrade, the Tigers will be able to attract top talent from the region and maintain their status as a top contender in the 6A classification. The upgrade is set to be completed in time for the start of the 2026 season.
