Florida Extends Offer to Duxbury's Cade Young
The Florida Gators have extended an offer to Class of 2025 cornerback Cade Young of the Duxbury Green Dragons. Young, a Division III standout, has impressive measurables, clocking a 4.45 40-yard dash time and boasting a 6-foot-1 frame. He recorded 42 tackles and five interceptions in his junior season. Young has also received offers from Boston College and UMass. The 17-year-old's athleticism and ball-hawking skills have caught the attention of college scouts. As the recruiting process heats up, Young is expected to attend summer camps at both Florida and Boston College. He is also considering a visit to UMass in August. The Green Dragons' cornerback is expected to make a decision on his college commitment by the end of the summer, with a possible signing date in early November.
