Good Counsel Falcons Break Ground on $2M Facility Upgrade
The Good Counsel Falcons, a perennial powerhouse in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC), have officially broken ground on a $2 million facility upgrade. The upgrade, set to be completed in time for the upcoming season, will feature state-of-the-art locker rooms, a renovated weight room and a new turf field. The Falcons, who have won two WCAC championships in the past five years, will look to build on their recent success with a strong recruiting class that includes several top-ranked prospects. The upgrade is expected to give the Falcons a competitive edge in the highly competitive WCAC, where they will face off against top programs like DeMatha and Gonzaga. The Falcons are currently classified as a 4A program and have a strong track record of producing Division I talent.
