Cameron Davis Commits to Kansas State
DeMatha Catholic Stags safety Cameron Davis has committed to Kansas State University for the Class of 2025. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound athlete chose the Wildcats due to their 3-4 defensive scheme, which aligns with his playing style. Davis expects to compete for a starting role at free safety, where he can utilize his range and ball-hawking skills. Kansas State's strong academic program, which offers a 4-year graduation guarantee, also factored into his decision. Davis previously held offers from Maryland and Virginia, but ultimately chose the Big 12 school. The DeMatha Catholic senior attended Kansas State's summer camp in June, where he impressed coaches with his athleticism and football IQ. Davis is expected to sign with Kansas State during the early signing period in November.
