Auburn Extends Offer to St. Frances Academy Safety Darius Young

The Auburn Tigers have offered Class of 2025 safety Darius Young of St. Frances Academy Panthers, a source close to the program confirmed Thursday. Young, a 6-foot-1, 190-pound standout, has already garnered interest from several Power Five programs, including Penn State and West Virginia. He has also received offers from Maryland and Virginia Tech. On the field, Young recorded 65 tackles, 3 interceptions and 2 forced fumbles as a junior. He is expected to play a key role for the Panthers this fall. Young's recruitment is gaining momentum, with several schools planning to visit him at St. Frances Academy's upcoming summer camp. The Tigers are hoping to secure Young's commitment before the start of his senior season.
