Michigan has extended an offer to Class of 2026 wide receiver Devon Martin of St. Frances Academy Panthers in Baltimore, Maryland. Martin, a rising sophomore, stands 6-foot-2 and weighs 180 pounds. He recorded 43 receptions for 723 yards and 10 touchdowns as an eighth-grader. Martin's offer list includes Maryland, Virginia, and Rutgers.
