The Clemson Tigers have offered wide receiver Marcus Young, a Class of 2026 standout from Yarmouth High School, according to sources. Young, a 6-foot-1, 180-pound receiver, has been making waves in Maine prep football circles with his impressive speed and agility. In a recent 7-on-7 tournament, Young averaged 12.5 yards per reception and scored three touchdowns in a single game. The Yarmouth Clippers' top target has also received offers from the University of Maine and Boston College. Young's recruitment is expected to heat up in the coming months, with several Power Five programs already showing interest. As the summer camps and showcases approach, Young will look to further showcase his skills and potentially add more offers to his growing list. A decision on his future college destination is expected by the end of the 2026 calendar year.
