Elijah White Commits to Kansas State

Leavitt High School linebacker Elijah White has committed to Kansas State University. The Class of 2025 standout chose the Wildcats over other Power Five offers, citing the program's 3-4 defensive scheme and the opportunity to contribute immediately as a true freshman. White, who stands 6-foot-2 and weighs 220 pounds, is expected to compete for a starting spot at inside linebacker. Kansas State's academic programs, particularly in the College of Arts and Sciences, also played a significant role in White's decision. He had previously committed to the University of Maine but reopened his recruitment in May after decommitting from the Black Bears.
