Noah Walker Commits to Texas Tech
Traverse City Central OL Noah Walker has committed to play for the Texas Tech Red Raiders. Walker, a Class of 2026 prospect, chose the Big 12 program over other Division I offers. The 6-foot-4, 275-pound lineman is a key addition to the Red Raiders' 2024 recruiting class. Walker's commitment is a significant pickup for Texas Tech, which is looking to bolster its depth chart along the offensive line. The Red Raiders run a similar zone-blocking scheme to Traverse City Central's, which should help Walker transition to the next level. Walker also cited Texas Tech's strong academic program and research opportunities as a major factor in his decision. He previously held offers from Michigan State, Michigan and other Big Ten programs, but ultimately chose to join the Red Raiders.
