Texas Offers Davison's Jordan Jackson, Top Tight End Prospect
The University of Texas has extended a scholarship offer to Jordan Jackson, a 6-foot-4, 225-pound tight end from Davison High School. Jackson, a senior in the Class of 2026, has been a dominant force on the Cardinals' offense, hauling in 24 touchdowns and 450 receiving yards in just 10 games last season. His impressive performance has caught the attention of college scouts, with Jackson already holding offers from Michigan State and Ohio State. The Davison standout has also been named a first-team all-state selection and a second-team all-conference pick. Jackson is expected to attend the upcoming Michigan Nike Camp and will also participate in a series of summer camps, including the prestigious Rivals 5-Star Challenge. Recruiting analysts project Jackson as a top-10 tight end in the nation for the Class of 2026. With the early offer from Texas, Jackson's recruitment is expected to heat up in the coming months.
