Tyler White Commits to Iowa State

Tyler White, a 6-foot-2 kicker from the Class of 2025 at Lakeville North High School, has committed to Iowa State University. White, who holds a 4.0 GPA, chose the Cyclones over other top programs. Iowa State's strong kicking game and emphasis on special teams made the program an attractive fit for White. He believes his skills will be utilized in the Cyclones' system and that he has a chance to compete for a starting position. White also cited Iowa State's academic program and research opportunities as key factors in his decision. White had previously committed to the University of Minnesota but decommitted in April to explore other options. He plans to enroll at Iowa State in the fall of 2025 and will join the team as a freshman.
