Caleb Allen Commits to Texas Tech
Eden Prairie Eagles running back Caleb Allen has committed to play for the Texas Tech Red Raiders. The Class of 2027 standout chose the Big 12 program over other Division I offers. Allen's commitment to Texas Tech is a result of the school's pro-style offense, which aligns with his athletic abilities. He believes the depth chart opportunity at running back will allow him to contribute immediately. Additionally, Allen is drawn to Texas Tech's academic program, which offers a strong engineering curriculum. Allen previously held a commitment to the University of Minnesota, but reopened his recruitment in May. He has been a key player for the Eagles, rushing for over 1,200 yards as a sophomore.
