Cade Wilson Commits to Navy Football Program
Butte Bulldogs wide receiver Cade Wilson has committed to play football at the United States Naval Academy. Wilson, a Class of 2027 prospect, chose Navy due to the Midshipmen's emphasis on speed and agility in their spread offense, which aligns with his playing style. The 6-foot-1, 180-pound receiver also cited the opportunity to contribute immediately as a freshman, as well as the Naval Academy's strong academic program. Wilson holds a 3.5 GPA and scored 24 on the ACT. He was previously committed to Montana State University but decommitted in June after considering other options. Wilson attended Navy's summer camp in June and impressed coaches with his speed and route-running ability. He is expected to report to Annapolis in August to begin his freshman year.
