Alabama Extends Offer to 2025 QB Hunter Davis
The University of Alabama has extended a scholarship offer to Hunter Davis, the 6-foot-2, 190-pound quarterback from Shelby High School, home of the Golden Lions. Davis, a rising senior in the Class of 2025, has already seen offers from Clemson, Georgia, and North Carolina State. On the field, Davis threw for 2,500 yards and 25 touchdowns as a junior, leading the Golden Lions to a 9-3 record in 3A play. He also boasts a 4.5-second 40-yard dash time and a 35-inch vertical jump. With the Crimson Tide joining the mix, Davis's recruitment is heating up. The Golden Lions' signal-caller is expected to take official visits to Alabama and other top programs in the coming months, with a decision likely to come in the spring of 2025. As Davis continues to hone his skills at summer camp and in the weight room, college coaches will be keeping a close eye on the talented quarterback.
