Florida Extends Offer to Myers Park DE Darius Harris
The Florida Gators have extended an offer to Class of 2025 defensive end Darius Harris of the Myers Park Mustangs. Harris, a 6-foot-4, 230-pound prospect, has been a dominant force on the Mustangs' defensive line, recording 45 tackles and 10 sacks in his junior season. He also boasts a 4.7-second 40-yard dash time and a 33-inch vertical jump. Harris has already received offers from Clemson, Louisville, and Appalachian State, and is also being courted by North Carolina. With his impressive combination of size, speed, and athleticism, Harris is quickly becoming one of the top defensive end prospects in the state. As the recruiting process heats up, Harris is expected to take official visits to several schools in the coming months, with a decision likely to be made in the spring of 2025.
