Shanley Deacons Hire New Wide Receivers Coach

Fargo Shanley High School has announced the hiring of Ryan Jensen as the new wide receivers coach ahead of the 2026 season. Jensen brings 10 years of coaching experience, including stints at Moorhead High School and the Fargo Davies Legion football program. The Deacons, a Class AAA program, finished 8-3 in 2025 and look to build on that success. Jensen's addition is expected to bolster the Deacons' passing game, which was a key factor in their playoff run last season. With several key receivers set to return, Jensen will work to develop the team's young talent and help the Deacons compete for a state championship. The team's August camp is just around the corner, and Jensen is already working with the players to install the new offense.
