Trevon Young Commits to UTSA Roadrunners
Trevon Young, a 6-foot-4 tight end from Bismarck, North Dakota, has committed to the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Roadrunners. Young, a Class of 2025 standout for the Bismarck Demons (AAA), chose UTSA over other Division I offers. The Demons' tight end will join a Roadrunners program that features a run-heavy scheme, which aligns with his athletic abilities. Young is expected to compete for a starting role in UTSA's tight end rotation. The UTSA athletic program is known for its strong academic support, which was a key factor in Young's decision. Young was previously committed to another Division I program but decommitted in May to explore other options. He chose UTSA for its athletic and academic opportunities, and he is excited to contribute to the team's success in the near future.
