Set up four cones in a zig-zag pattern, 10 yards apart. Start at the first cone, then sprint to the second, make a sharp cut to the third, and finish with a dash to the fourth. Repeat for 3 sets of 6 reps. Coaching cues: 'Fast feet, fast feet!' and 'Change of direction, now!' Focus on quick bursts of speed and agility.
