Darius Harris Commits to Arkansas
Omaha Burke Bulldogs tight end Darius Harris has verbally committed to the University of Arkansas for the Class of 2025. Harris, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound prospect, chose the Razorbacks over several other Power Five offers, citing a strong fit within Arkansas' pro-style offense. The Bulldogs' senior tight end believes he can contribute immediately, potentially filling a depth chart void left by an impending graduate transfer. Harris also praised the academic program at Arkansas, which he says aligns with his academic goals. Harris initially committed to the University of Nebraska in February but reopened his recruitment in May, ultimately selecting the Razorbacks. He will join a Razorbacks program that finished 8-5 in 2025 and will look to build on that success in the coming season.
