Penn State Extends Offer to Nashua South QB Jalen Taylor
Penn State has extended a scholarship offer to Jalen Taylor, a rising senior quarterback from Nashua South High School. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound signal-caller has been making waves in the prep football circuit with his impressive arm strength and accuracy. Taylor's stats from last season include 2,500 passing yards, 22 touchdowns and just six interceptions. He has also been clocked at 4.6 seconds in the 40-yard dash. In addition to Penn State, Taylor holds offers from Boston College, Syracuse and UMass. The Panthers' quarterback has also garnered interest from other Power Five programs, including Michigan State and Rutgers. With a strong summer camp performance, Taylor is expected to add more offers to his list. As the recruiting process heats up, Taylor is expected to take official visits to Penn State and other top contenders in the coming months.
