As the inaugural 2028 University of Nebraska flag football season approaches, local prospects are looking to secure scholarship opportunities. The Nashua South Panthers, a Division I team in the NHIAA, have several talented flag players who are considering attending camps at Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida. Both institutions offer NAIA flag football scholarships. Ottawa University, a national powerhouse, has up to 12 scholarships available, while Keiser University has a strong recruiting presence. Midland University, Nebraska, also offers NAIA scholarships and has been actively recruiting flag talent. Local flag players interested in attending these camps should reach out to the respective universities for more information and to inquire about available spots.
