Trevon Martin Commits to Kansas State Wildcats
Nashua South Panthers defensive end Trevon Martin has committed to Kansas State University, the Wildcats announced Friday. The Class of 2027 standout made the decision after attending the Big 12 school's summer camp, where he was impressed by the team's 3-4 defensive scheme and the depth chart opportunity at defensive end. Martin, a 6-foot-4, 240-pound prospect, is expected to contribute immediately to the Wildcats' defensive line. Kansas State's academic program, which offers a strong engineering curriculum, also appealed to Martin, who has a 3.5 GPA. This marks Martin's first commitment, as he had previously taken unofficial visits to several schools, including Boston College and the University of New Hampshire. With the commitment, Martin becomes the first member of the Class of 2027 to pledge to the Wildcats.
